Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. We recommend booking in advance, particularly during weekends, school holidays and peak tourist seasons, as cruises can sell out.
Can I change my booking?
Yes, subject to our booking terms and availability. Please contact our team as soon as possible if you need to change your booking.
Can I cancel my booking?
Our cancellation policy is 24h prior to departure.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Simply show your booking confirmation on your mobile phone otherwise we will find your booking by Name.
Where do you depart from?
Our cruises depart from the Cultural Centre Pontoon at South Bank, beside the Queensland Art Gallery and Gallery of Modern Art (QAGOMA).
